You can pay your way on a schedule you set, pay in four monthly instalments at no extra cost, or pay upfront. The total is $600 on all three — no financing fee, no discount for paying early.

First 30
A physical welcome & thank-you gift, mailed to you. A thank-you for the first thirty enrollees of the 2026 cohort — a welcome package sent to you in the mail. No separate purchase, no upgrade; just tell me where to ship it once you're in.
A note on the materials kit. Tuition does not include the Perfumer's Apprentice kit ($107 for all 40 pre-diluted materials). You buy the kit directly from PA — this keeps costs transparent and avoids marking up supplies you can source yourself. Order early so it arrives before Session 1 (Sun Sep 13): international students by mid-August (around Aug 17 — customs is unpredictable, so sooner for slower-customs countries), US students by the end of August (around Aug 31). Honestly, the day you enroll is the safest time to order — there's no downside to having it early.

The practical questions.

Is there an extra charge for the payment plan?
No. Payment plan and pay-in-full are the same total — four payments of $150 equal $600 exactly. No financing fee, no interest, no discount for paying upfront. Pick whichever fits your cash flow. New students can also use Pay Your Way to choose their own instalment amounts and dates — $100 minimum to start, and still $600 total with no fee. Pay Your Way is set at the new-student rate, so returning alumni should use their alumni link instead.
When does billing start?
Your first payment is processed at enrollment. Subsequent payments run monthly on the same date. The program begins September 2026; you can enroll any time before seats fill.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No — all sales are final and the program is non-refundable. Payment plans are also non-cancelable once they begin: if you enroll on the 4-month plan, you're committing to all four payments, and a Pay Your Way schedule commits you to the full $600 however you choose to space it. The only exception is any mandatory cooling-off period your local law requires, which is spelled out in the enrollment agreement at checkout. This is why I'd rather you be honest with yourself about bandwidth before you enroll than regret it after — if you're unsure, email me before you sign up, not after.
Do I need to buy the kit separately? And when should I order it?
Yes. The 40-material Perfumer's Apprentice kit is $107, purchased directly from PA and shipped from their warehouse. PA ships within about two business days — the variable is transit and, for international orders, customs. To have it in hand before Session 1 on September 13: international students, order by mid-August (around Aug 17, and sooner for slower-customs countries); US students, order by the end of August (around Aug 31). If you're not sure, order the day you enroll — there's genuinely no downside to having it early.
What if I can't make a live session?
You're covered — every live session is recorded and posted to the members dashboard, so nothing is lost if life gets in the way. Recordings go up within 24 hours and stay in the archive for your full 12 months of access, so you can rewatch or catch up entirely on your own time.
What if I need scholarship or sliding-scale access?
Sliding scale and scholarship seats are available, funded entirely by brand support — every sponsorship dollar goes into the pool that covers tuition and the materials kit. You can add your name to the waitlist. There are very limited seats available, and I sincerely hope to be able to offer more in the future.
